A 60 minute appointment to assess how your skin has responded, discuss any concerns and review whether your current treatment remains right for you.

Written assessment summary
Clear documentation of your assessment and treatment plan.
A written summary covering the main findings from your consultation, the likely diagnosis, treatment recommendations and agreed next steps.
It provides a clear record for your own reference and can support communication with your GP or another healthcare professional involved in your care.

Comprehensive clinical report

Detailed clinical documentation for professional or third-party use.
A comprehensive report covering your relevant medical history, assessment findings, clinical opinion, diagnosis and recommended treatment plan.
Suitable where detailed documentation is required by a GP, consultant, employer, insurer, occupational health provider or legal representative.
Any specific reporting requirements will be discussed before the report is prepared.
